PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The TRAMS workplan is split in two main parts, as can be seen in next figure. The first part consists of Workpackage 1 (WP1) and Workpackage 2 (WP2) and focuses on the analysis of the variability and reliability issues for Bulk CMOS, FinFET, III-V/Ge and .Carbon NanoTubes (22nm to 8nm technology node). The second part consists of Workpackage 3 (WP3) and Workpackage 4 (WP4) and focuses on hybrid countermeasure solutions that guarantee a reliable system build by unreliable components.
